Is there a contract or minimum term?

No. All plans are month-to-month with no lock-in. You can adjust your plan or cancel at any time with one month's notice.

What happens if I use more than my included hours?

Additional time beyond your included bundle is billed at $165/hr ex-GST. Every extra hour is itemised on your invoice so you always know what was done and when.

Do unused hours carry over to the next month?

Included hours do not roll over. The retainer secures your access and priority response for that calendar month regardless of usage.

Can I change plans as my business grows?

Yes. If your usage consistently exceeds your included hours, upgrading to the next tier is often more cost-effective than paying overage. We will flag this proactively in your monthly summary.

What does GoToAssist remote support involve?

GoToAssist provides secure, screenshare-based remote access to your devices for troubleshooting and support. Most issues are resolved in minutes without requiring an engineer to visit your premises.

Do you work with businesses outside Sydney?

Yes. All support is delivered remotely so geography is not a constraint. We work with businesses across Australia.
